Many many updates!

We have lots of updates to make...so here goes! We had a doctor appointment Monday. It went very good. The appointments are pretty short now - since we're going every other week. No major news there. She said Mason isn't too big and isn't too small - will probably end up being "just right". That's good!

Next up - we got our nursery wall letters this week! I've been waiting (sort of patiently) for them. Here's a picture. I'm only showing half of the nursery now. When we get the rest of the room done - I'll take a picture of the other half.

Ok - For other news - we started the parenting class last night. It was great!! The class is 4 weeks long - Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 8:30. Last nights class was on baby care basics. She covered a lot!! She went over the best way to pick up a baby, how to swaddle, how and when to bathe, how to care for the umbilical cord and circumcision, general info on feeding and food allergies...quite a lot of info! It was reassuring though. We had read about most of what was covered - but it was nice to go over it and have a real person talking about it. Each couple got a baby doll, blanket, and diaper. We got to practice swaddling and all the different ways to pick baby up. Matt - was a baby hog! He did excellent though. He loved the class too. Next week is on baby safety - we're really looking forward to that.
